If you registered for china, did you receive all of it?
I received 8 of my 12 place settings and all of my serving pieces and 1 soup bowl.
I'm still missing 4-place settings, 11 soup bowls and 12 accent plates - that's a lot of money for me to spend! I could live without the accent plates I guess ... but it's still $$$. Not sure if I should buy it or hope I get it for birthday's anniversary's, holiday's ...

No. We got one place setting.
I still plan to complete it though...someday. I really love my china.

My mom handed down her china set to me. Its not what I would have chosen, however its free and not that bad!
As for everyday dishes, we got all 6 sets we registered for from my dad/stepmom and my stepaunt gave me all the other pieces.

I got 10 of my 12 pieces of china and most of the serving pieces. We didn't get any of the accent pieces, though, which I thought were super cool. Didn't register for soup bowls...I don't eat soup. lol
In terms of Crystal, I was really dissappointed I didn't get all of it. It was relatively inexpensive (less than $20 per glass). We didn't really get too many gift cards, so I'm probably just going to wait for b-days, christmas and anniversary to get the other china. I'll probably get the rest of my crystal with the 1 gift card I got from Fortunoff (and that was really a return!)

We didn't get all of it. We still don't have all of it. We have never used it. We got all of our casual dinnerware though. If you want to get some of your China I go onto Replacements.com My casual china is not available anymore and they have pieces you can buy.

Luckily I got all of my china, it was a gift from my sister and sister-in-laws - amongst other gifts - they were really generous!

I registered for my china before my eparty, just because i loved the pattern and out of 14 place settings I only have 2 left..everyone was very generous

I got all SIXTEEN of my place settings and most of the other pieces. DH and I host Thanksgiving so we actually will use them all!

we didn't even register for any china. We didn't have too many people attend the shower so we knew we weren't gonna get it anyways.

Hi all - yes i did receive all my china but am very worried about it. I got married in 2003 and it has been stored in my parents attic ever since (where the temp goes from hot to cold with the changing seasons). Does anyone know if this is really horrible. Any articles on this or websites? I am scared to look at it. Any ideas ?

We didn't get it all at the shower, but my parents eventually bought the rest for us as a wedding gift.
We haven't gotten all of our everyday dishes yet though. They're actually just about as expensive as our fine china! But we're almost there......

We got al the place settings with soup bowls from my parents at the shower. Several smaller pieces from family. But my dad while down in Myrtle Beach playing golf went to the Lenox outlet and picked up all the other pieces at 65% off!!!! I didn't know until he got home, what a surprise. All I need now is the gravy boat and stand.
