cover ALL the music you requested?

I am only asking b/c I went to a wedding recently and the bride was annoyed that he didn't even play half the dance song choices she provided.

I guess we don't realize how 'few' songs are played in a four hour time slot.

He missed a few but got most of them. DH and I actually sat down and realized how much time you actually have to dance/have your music playing. It really ends up being only about 2 hours with all the hullabaloo haha.

Yes, most of them...he also kept ppl on the dance floor all day so I didn't care that he didn't play all of them. As a PP said that's his main job

We didn't give a must play list beyond what to play during the introductions. The only thing I did give our DJ was what genres of music not to play. We wanted a mix of danceable music which is exactly what we got - no complaints here!

our dj played everything we req. we had a huge do not play list, and a sizeable play list. we were very pleased with Level DJ. the room did not stop dancing all night.

Hell no!....we gave him a list of songs we wanted played and he did the opposite and lost the list..but he was only $275 so I didnt complain

I hear what all you ladies are saying.

Mine pretty much covered the inportant songs and we got a lot of compliements. There were a few songs played that I could have done without, but people were still dancing.

I just had a few more songs in mind that didn't get played and that kind of bothered me and DH.
