Did your photographer give you a time limit

to do your albums?

As in 'you have six months from the wedding to pick your album' or 'okay, you're here, you have two hours to get it done'?

I think our contract has a limit, but they don't really abide by it. When we were there ( in Feb 05), the woman wh was right before us had gotten married in November 2002!

Ours didn't have a time limit per se - though, when we went to do ours, they said were impressed b/c I think it was only maybe 2-3 months or so after the wedding and they told us they'd had some couples come in after a couple of years - they said that that is sometimes a problem b/c prices have gone up and the couple is surprised when it all costs more then they had thought it would.

I think ours said something like if you came in to choose your photos after 3 months (?) then they would expect full payment when you place the order. If you came in before that, you pay as you go. Since the bulk of the $ was due by the wedding date, this didn't really affect how we scheduled it, but I guess it is an incentive for some people.

We weren't told of any time limit, but after we slacked for a while we did get an email saying that we needed to take care of things ASAP> Especially the DVD because if we didn't give them our baby/dating/HM pictures they were going to do it without them and they were going to pick the songs.
