Im getting back to my wedding weight!!!!!

eating better and working out starts today!!!!!

Good luck. I am starting this week also. My colonoscopy is tomorrow so I figure thats a good way to jump start my diet. Starting today with all liquids, yum.

You're going to be fine. Just remember one thing- you were at that weight not so long ago. So you can do it again! Also, looking at pictures from your wedding and before will motivate you!
