I've never been but I know that Toys R Us Express is definitely not as large or sophisticated as Toys R Us. It looks like a quickly set up store with racks and the toys are excess of what they have in Toys R Us....the Express doesn't have everything.

I was also under the impression that the 'express' stores were kind of like pop-ups, as if they're not a permanent store location, just something as a filler.
