Its a native desert of Greece And Turkey. Its made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped walnuts/pistachios and sweetened with syrup or honey.

It wasn't very weird but the meat served in Germany made me laugh. It looked like a meal Fred Flintstone would eat. The bones were huge. I had idea what it was my brother loved it but I ate salad.

My dh eats black pudding which is sausage mixed with a lot of animal blood . My old housemate was from Scotland she loved haggis. I can't watch any of them when they eat this.
