Re: Dinner?

i was going to make this pasta dish that i haven't made in a while but for some reason i forgot that the dish requires chicken, wish i forgot to defrost so i ended up making this emergency backup plan!
i always keep at least 1 box of something frozen in my freezer for cases like this so i made that.
tonight i'll be making the pasta dish i was supposed to make yesterday.

Re: Dinner?

It's called Tuscan Chicken Sandwiches and the chicken was cooked in the crockpot with onion, red pepper, garlic and chicken broth.

The spread was pesto, light mayo and chopped tomato.

Served on foccacia bread.

It was yummyyyyyyyyyyy!

im telling you, invest in a deep fryer. it will change your life! (and less clean up too since you can just put the basin the dishwasher - at least in the fryer i have )

I made pork cutlets that I rubbed with mustard and some curry powder. So delicious!! On the side, I made farro with carrots, onions and baby spinach. Delicious and healthy dinner. Oh, then I had an ice cream sundae for dessert!!

Re: Dinner?

We went to buffalo wild wings with some friends!! YUMMY!! I even stuck to my diet and had a grilled chicken salad! I did get the chicken tossed in medium buffalo sauce though, so I wouldn't feel deprived! It actually worked! I left the mean satisfied!
