I just got back from the grocery store. I am making Coq au Vin, a french dish that's in my fave cookbook (Better Homes and Gardens Bridal Cookbook) - it's chicken thighs with seasonings cooked in red wine. Looks like a pretty simple recipe - I am serving it over egg noodles and with dinner rolls. Hope it's good!

We got lots of goody bags from both my parents and his parents yesterday! Needless to say...I won't be cooking for the next two nights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
