Im sorry i just have to vent. I am truly disappointed in my wedding video. Any suggestions. My proofs were great.. i guess videos werent there thing. Am i crazy to take the unedited version someplace to be redone

sorry to hear it was a dissapointment It's not crazy to bring it somewhereelse if it means hat much to you. Maybe you should try going back to the place that did it & just tell them you loved your pictures & they are a great company so you were surprised when the video wasn't as good as you expected. Maybe they'll re do it or give you some $ back if you tell them you have to take it somewhere else. It may be worth a shot.

our was nothing to write home about either...You think you are spending all that money for a the best and when you get it....it's like...that's it......
If you really wanted something spectacular....see if the people that shot it, can change it for you.....remember, you are the customer and it's their job to make you happy.

I am so sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your video. I saw you used Patken and now I am worried as well b/c I had them for video.
Maybe call them and tell them what your concerns are?

Sorry you had a bad experience...If you are that unhappy and the video means a lot to you, I would take it some where to get redone....

I'm sorry that you're disappointed. I'm going through the same thing with my proofs, so I understand how much it s*cks to spend so much money & get all excited only to be let down by the quality in the end

i'm sorry your no happy with it I would try and take it someplace else.. or do you know anyone good with computers, DH got a software where you upload the entire video into your computer and edit it yourself, from what he tells me its very hard if you don't know what your doing, but he learned all on his own..

Who was your videographer?? I am so disappointed in our proofs. We still have not received our video. It took them FOREVER to do our album,we just got it last week, then they gave us the wrong colored album cover. I am so disappointed in them. What a waste of money!
