DISNEY Question

I havent gone to disney since I was a senior in high school so i forget how it all works lol. My DH and I are planning a trip in October with my cousin and her husband and the kids.

What is the best ticket situation for us? Would you buy a 7 day pass or u really dont go everyday? or do u get a hopper?

I am so lost

Re: DISNEY Question

We went last Dec, Stayed in Fl for 6 days. We bought a 5 day pass because we knew the 6th day we would not be going. We did not do the park hopper option.
The cost difference between 4/5/6/7 day passes is minimal, so I would say buy the most days you can afford to, even if you are not sure you are going. I would also reccomend the park hopper.
We went for Cinderella's breakfast, without knowing that we had to use one of our admissions to get in that day. We did not want to go to Magic Kingdom that day, but were stuck with only them because we did not have park hopper.
HTH.

Re: DISNEY Question

We get the hopper when we go. We like to do more than one park in a day. Plus that leaves more days for non-disney parks, like Universal. Oooh in October Universal has a Halloween thing at night, similar to Fright Fest. Look into it!

LOVE Disney! My fave place in the world!

Re: DISNEY Question

The two times I've gone (age 18 and 20), I got a park hopper pass for every day that I was going to be there, minus the day that we were leaving.

The park hopper is EXTREMELY helpful, and we went to the parks every day from the minute they opened until the minute they closed.

Re: DISNEY Question

Park Hopper and we got one for the first and last day because on the first day our flight got in wicked early, and on the last day we left wicked late.

We usually went to two and 3 parks in the same day. We liked to eat at EPCOT.

Re: DISNEY Question

We went to Disney at the end of October as the first part of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it!!! We felt like we were kids again!

We only stayed 5days and didn't get a hopper pass. I don't think the hopper would have been worth it for us because we spent the entire day at each park. I don't think we could have made it to another in the same day, but if you're sure you'd be able to go to at least 2 per day then get the hopper.

We really liked the downtown Disney and city walk at night. The Halloween parties at magic kingdom were fun! We were the only adults without kids dancing in the streets with the characters during the parade. They even have these cute Minnie mouse ears with a veil attached

Have fun

Re: DISNEY Question

i'm more of a universal studios sort of girl.

but disney is fun too...

can you get a 3-day hopper?

that way you can have a few days to do disney, i'd def do universal for a day and then chill at your resort and do other area stuff.

Re: DISNEY Question

we went to disney for our honeymoon- it was my first time and i cant wait to go back. we stayed at teh Grand Floridian and got the park hoppers- so worth it!! The only thing i suggest is if you get the meal plan, just get the basic. we did the deluxe and it was way too much food
