where can I have them done? I can do the layout myself but where can I have them printed and have they come out looking like the professional ones?
Anyone do this?

Sandra used RitzPix...not sure if I spelled that correctly, but I remember how impressed I was!

I recently got an email from Kodak Professional, or something like that. You had to download a program onto your computer and then you create the layouts and work with a designer to finish the album. They were really nice looking, but cost $500+.

Yup, I used ritzpix.com (which is Wolf Camera) and they have a few different options for page types. For my mom and ILs, I used the magazine pages (thin) and absolutely loved how they came out. My dad wants cardstock pages, so I'm making his with their fancier booklets (I can't remember the name for them, but they're about twice the price). The first two albums I made were only $34 each and the one for my dad will be about $60 when I finally get it done.
My landlord was telling me today about a website called inkubook.com that he absolutely swears by and says it's very easy to use.
I did a lot of publishing in college and just wanted something where I could customize the layout as much as possible. I'm a huge PITA when it comes to how I want everything to look perfect.
I think I still have a copy of one of the albums I made in my album.
