I tried this on the LIF recipe board and it didn't work out. Does anyone here know? I was going to make one tonight to bring on thursday.

I never do- I think if you did, it would be hard as a rock from all the sugar in it

no. I make choc pecan pie every year and don't refrigerate it ever.

should be fine I think- I am making mine tomorrow but have made them as early as the sunday before and its been fine

i never refrigerate a pie like pecan or apple, only cream pies need to be refrigerated

my apple pie is in the oven as we speak, pray it comes out good enough to take to my inlaws house.....
