OH and yes, I think you need it! lol I'm not sure if this is the bag I saw last week, but if it is just know the straps are a lot shorter than they appear. Just in case you didn't know :)

The handles are short but the other strap actually like buckles on the bottom and is hidden (so if you want to hold it by the handles you can) but the strap that is hidden I can strap on my shoulder and is plenty long..HTH

Yes, it has short handles - it's meant as a satchel.

And I got it!

Not for nothing, I'm all for American made and quality products. However, if you take a look around at everything you own, it's not American made. Even if you drive an 'American' car it's not an American car. Coach is designed here in the US, but yes manufactured out of the country. But so is every other designer out there like LV, Gucci, Prada, etc. And yes, I have products from all of these companies

actually i buy all my clothes made in usa
I always look at labels, its very important to me to buy american, If i buy something higher end its made in italy or spain.
My Louis Vuitton is made in USA!

most people are not conscious of it, but i am and that is why i notice it. i am not saying if its made in china its junk or anything like that, what i am saying for myself, i feel that its a ripoff because they are paying people pennies to make the product and then ripping me off by selling it for 100 times more than what it cost to make.

Mostly nordstrom and bloomingdales, not everything is made in usa, but most items on the 3rd floor of nordstrom are you just have to look at the tags
All my old juicy couture is made in USA
Now they say born in usa made in china
i will never buy another juicy item every again!
it hurts me because there were people making the clothes here, and now they are shipped over seas

Its true LV now ALSO manufactures here in the US. I saw a bag of theirs and said UHMMM this says made in the USA and the lady explained to me that they still make them in France but now they also do them in the USA, im guessing this is bc Marc Jacobs designs them now and thats why.

I have this 'Morning After' bag mine is an emerald green color. It was a little weird color maybe at first, but now I love it goes with everything!!! And good for more than one season

btw Rebecca Minkoff does make her bags in the US she started her biz in Brooklyn, the leather does come from Italy though. I met her I used to work/buy from her at my old job.
