i call it POST TRAUMATIC WEDDING DISORDER...lol i was actually a lil sad after the wedding was over even when i went on my honeymoon....its better now that im home but i kinda feel out of place going on the 07 and bhb boards....anyone feel like this when they just got married?

I agree with the board being so slow. I go on LIW at work this and Perez make my day go bye! I thought the newlywed board would have differant things popping up all day but this thread will prob stay at the top for 2 months. You were good you got a topic going. Think up some more that's your job for the day!!

Did you get your dress dry cleaned yet? I brought mine within a week of the wedding thinking I was so great for getting things done. I wish I kept it a while longer so that I could get tired of looking at it. Now I have a sealed box in my closet. I'll prob open it in twenty years and it won't even be my dress. I wonder if that ever happens!!

i havent actually....but its at my mom and dads bc our apt is too small to store anything but i want to get it perserved where did u go?

I have to get my dress cleaned also. I am makeing up time at work I took off so I am a bit crqzy. One day I will go through all of my proofs which I got back just dont have time to stare at them!! Then I will write my LIW review.

it takes time but the 'sadness' fades and you look foward to just enjoying your husband and not being stressed with any wedding planning!! (at least for me)

Didn't feel it immediately after...took a few months to kick in...but I was definetely a little depressed. I loved planning my wedding and I loved my day! After planning for a year and a half it becomes a piece of you and it was very hard when it was over

i know what u mean!....i feel like i should be doing something well tomorrow night i will be picking up our proof books that the photogs put together....we were having issues with them sooooooo now im just praying that we have good photos

sooooooooooo true!!!!!!!!!1 i agree totally....i have started to feel sooooooooo much better than i did the first wk...now i just get soooooooo giddy coming home to see him....i know corny

i agreeeeeeeee....a huggggggggge part of u is the wedding that u r planning especially if its a long engagement....ours was two yrs

I am glad the planning is over, I honestly had a really tough time doing it all by myself! It was VERY stressfull!!!! But I am sad my honeymoon is over, I had such an amazing time!!!! XOXOXO Kitty
