Do you actually make a 'Honey-Do' list?
Do you physically write one out or just tell/nag him to do things? I'm thinking of writing down a list but kinda feel bad doing so. What do you do?

list. he actually asked for a list instead of constantly being verbally assaulted with tasks that he couldn't keep track of. he's off from work a lot (he's a cop) so he has lots of free time on his hands to do lots of 'stuff' lol.

depends how many things are on said honey-do list ... if it's one or two, i'll just tell him ... but if it's more than that, i just give him a list.

Re: Do you actually make a 'Honey-Do' list?
I do a 'furlough list' which is pretty much a 'Honey-Do' list but only when he's on furlough. He crosses them off one by one, but it KILLS me that he doesn't just get them all done it a day or two like I would if I was home. He's PURE LAZY but I love him!

Ditto. I'd have to tattoo the list on his arm if I wanted him to remember... which is why I nag.

This is a funny question b/c although they are friends now, DH's mom says she divorced DH's dad because he left her notes everywhere! She jokes that is the reason that marriage failed (I hope it was more than that!)Unfortunately DH is a list maker so he makes them for me!

DH has a whiteboard in the office that when I ask him to do things, he writes it down himself. Or he asks me to write it on the board. But I never write it on my own......then he wouldn't do it.

Re: Do you actually make a 'Honey-Do' list?
I actually make a list. I have a giant notepad that I bought for a family game night when we played Pictionary and once made a list on that in giant letters and left it where he would see it when he first walked in the door. There were a few things he was putting off and I wanted to get my point across
DH 'works' from home on Mondays and Fridays so he has a lot more time than I do for certain things. Welcome New Vendors
