My Dad keeps bugging us about taking it out. I'm only 24 and DH is only 27. I don't want to think about stuff like life insurance and wills, but I guess it's important to now.
So have you and your DH taken this step?

We both have LI through our jobs. No will as of yet.

We each have policies from work, and our auto insurance, but we also have personal life insurance accounts. There is enough to cover paying off the house, all the bills, all the credit cards, and enough to have a small savings and a new car. It's not a ton, but enough to give us piece of mind

DH and I have whole life insurance and are working on a will as well. We also get life insurance from our job if we get killed in the line of duty.

we don't have a will b/c if one of us dies, the other one automatically gets everything based upont he law, unless you dictate your money go elsewhere.
We will need to make a will at some point....just avoiding it.
Yes, we both have life insurance. I have it through my job and DH purchased it from Met Life. We each got enough so that if god forbid something haappened, the other one would have the mortage completely paid off....and then some. Its an ugly but necessary thing to discuss.
