Now that you are married, do you still celebrate or do anything for your dating anniversary? DH and I will be together 8 years tomorrow Mr. Romantic does not think we need to do anything, since its not our real anniversary anymore, our wedding one is...men We will probably end up just going to dinner or something, but the poor thing looked so shocked that he was not off the hook for this one now that we have 2 anniversaries

Re: Do you celebrate your 'dating' anniversary?
our dating anniversary is two days before our wedding anniversary so we just do it on our anniversary instead of 8/23 and 8/25

We'officially' started dating on New Years, so, we HAVE to celebrate it!!! If it was any other date, I would probably answer no!

Re: Do you celebrate your 'dating' anniversary?
no, but our dating anniversary is the day after our wedding
we celebrate it. We won't make it a big deal anymore now that we are married but we'll acknowledge it and maybe just go to dinner.

Re: Do you celebrate your 'dating' anniversary?
We ususally just go out to dinner, but this year is our 5 year anniversary and I think we will do a little something extra. Maybe go on a mini vacation.

Re: Do you celebrate your 'dating' anniversary?
No, we do not celebrate our dating anniversary but I don't think we ever really celebrated it when we were dating either - maybe in the first couple years we did - I don't really remember. I was never into celebrating dating anniversaires though.
I honestly don't know for sure what date we consider our dating anniversary...but usually if one of us remembers about that time (usually him) - we will say do you know what today is? and that is about the extent of it. I am such the romantic, huh?

Our 7 year dating anniversary is Feb 1st-but I doubt we'll do anything since Valentines Day is 2 weeks after.

Funny you should ask. Today is our 'Dating anniversary' and I just got an e-card from DH! Of course, he wrote 'Happy 7 months,' thinking it was our 7-month wedding anniversary, though (which will be on Feb. 6). Doh!

no - we're not even sure of the exact date! (we think we pin pointed it for when we were dating but we definitely don't acknowledge it now)

Re: Do you celebrate your 'dating' anniversary?
I always make it a point to remind my husband of our dating anniversary, our engagment anniversary, and 'guess what honey, today we have been married 100 days' thanks to liweddings I dont have to do the counting on my own. We dont really do anything special for the dating anniversary, he'll just say something like 'can you believe it has been that long??'
