Do you drink alot of water???

I am just curious how much water everyone else consumes?

I think I have about 4-5 bottles a day. (Oh but I keep refilling the same bottle). In the afternoon or night I will swap out green tea in place of water sometimes.

i need to drink more water than I do. I bought soda last time we went shopping since it was on sale...DH likes Coke. But unfortunately I will drink that instead of water

I usually drink about 2 bottles a day 3 if i go to the gym. But I do LOVE tea. I should try green tea...

no and I'm supposed to drink 80 oz a day for medical reasons I really don't think that's possible. I'll never leave the bathroom!

I have a schedule that I try to keep to. WEird - yes.

1 bottle - on my way to work and before 10am
1 bottle between 10-2
1 bottle or tea in the afternoon
1 bottle at the gym
1 bottle before bed

I pee alot but not too much. I guess I hold it alot longer than I should!

We have a water cooler at work so I drink several cups a day (the plastic cups that comes with the cooler). I'm sure its not enough though.

I tend to drink bad drinks at home b/c DH is a bad influence and buys soda

I used to drink LOTS of water, at least 8 glasses a day or a couple of bottles. But since ive been married i havent lol. DH always buys other types of drinks in the house and i got addicted to them again, and i had given up soda and all that a long time ago. I need to again.

Yeah - if its in the house its hard to resist. We keep like coke zero in the house but I try and only have it like once a week. Certain meals you just need a coke sometimes!!!

thats what iused to do, i never used to buy it. Now dh always buys coke zero for me to have, coke for himself, fanta. Plus vitamin water, snapples lol, seltzer water and juices too. He really OD's lol.

also, I found if I have it on my desk next to my mouse it helps me remember to drink more.

I have 64- 96oz at work, then have about another 12 -16 at home

I heard in a weight watchers meeting recently you're supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces.

i schedule mine too

but i have a reuseable water bottle that holds 24 oz and i drink at least 3 but usually 4 of them

i drink
1 before lunch
1 during and slightly after lunch
1 for rest of afternoon
1 at night

Nope. I dont drink enough liquids period. Sometimes I go the whole day only drinking one beverage. Not good at all

WOW really, its so funny bc i am the complete opposite, i think i drink too much liquids. I am not exaggerating when i say that I ALWAYS have a drink with me. First thing i do wheni wake up is have a redbull, but then the rest of the day i always have a glass next to me, the moment i finish it i refill the glass. Also when i go out i do the same thing, the first thing i do wheni leave the house is stop at the store and get a bottle of something, and put the bottle in my bag. So even when i am on the train or anywhere i always have beverage. My mom also doesnt drink alot of liquids and doesnt understand how i can drink so much. I can say that while iam awake, i am never without a beverage lol.

i have no idea, what is up with them lol. Its so funny bc dh used to not really drink soda, infact at his house they never had soda, sometimes when they were entertaining but thats it, otherwise its never in the house. So i dont know where he got this from, not like its force of habit. Ever since our HM and he had Fanta, thats when the soda obsession started. He always buys fanta now lol. And he has soda in the house but wont drink it as much, just here and there, meanwhile i get tempted and drink most of it
