Do you think....

People really are Appreciative and take your advise when they FM you about something specific and you never hear back from them?

Or they don't like what you had to say in order to help them?

curious kinda annoying

I wonder the same thing myself. Especially when you take the time to write out a well thought out response to their dilemma, or, take time out of your day to look up the information they requested.....and no thank you, no response, nothing.

I think that if you have the time to FM me, you have the time to say thank you, it's only polite. But apparently not everyone feels the same way.

I agree. However, whether or not its helpful info or not to them, the courtesy of a thank you never killed anyone.

i agree. it could be either. could be ANY number of reasons (even maybe that they have something going on that keeps them from responding, forgot, distracted, dont care to say thank you, dont like the answer, etc.). try not to waste energy wondering. you did something nice by taking the time to respond and try to help at least. thank yous are always appreciated (and 95+ of ppl do say thx) but i dont give it any thought, as to whether they took the advise or not or why they didn't respond, when i dont hear back.

I guess - it never used to bother me to be honest.But than as of late I got some FMs asking me a specific thing about a vendor and my experience (which was bad experience) -and than I took the time to type it all out and than ' nothing' - I think um.. What gives Why even ask me than

I guess I hate to waste my time is all but u never know if the person really is unless you respond.
