our photographer told us it would take 12-16 weeks for our album to come in when we placed our order. 16 weeks was a couple of weeks ago and so i called to check in. The woman i spoke with was really snotty and said I still had at least 3-4 weeks to go! I askey why and she told me that they woman who was working on our album didn't place the order til sometime in october, which was a few weeks after we met with her! im kinda pissed because first of all, i want my album, second, its been 16 weeks since WE ordered it and third...the woman was snotty!

did you ask her why they didn't place the order for the album sooner?
I would give it another few weeks and if you still don't have it, then maybe go there in person to complain.

I do my own professional quality album work.
I know for a fact it can take the album company a good 4-6 weeks to construct your album. Then add another 2 weeks to get the pictures printed. Then add the rest for designing the layout of your album (this can take time if dont on a PC).

then they shouldnt tell you it will be ready in 12-16 weeks , when they know that it won't be! i would have appreciated honesty in the beginning a lot more than a snotty atitude when i questioned (politely) about the whereabouts of my album, that i am paying such a pretty penny for, when it was expected to be ready.
