and if so, in a perfect world; how many?

I do!! In a perfect world, I'd want 10. But in reality, I think it will be 1 or 2.

I'm shocked by how many people in this little poll don't want kids. It's a refreshing chaage actually....not that there is anything with wanting kids but it seems like there are quite a few of us who dont

I agree..it's refreshing to have some people with the same idea!!...usually people look at those of us who don't want kids as selfish or there is something wrong with us...but to me knowing i am not willing to change my lifestyle for a child..and that being the reason to NOT have one is less selfish than the many people who have kids that don't really devote their time and energy into actually raising them the way they should.

Of course, but not yet....In a perfect world I would say 2-3 kids that really get a long well!!!

whoever said they tell people they're getting a puppy when asked about kids thats a BRILLIANT idea!! I've been saying 'well we've got time...' just because i'm tired of having to defend why we don't want kids to people. Sometimes i think people want you to have kids just to be as miserable as they are!!!!
