only if I'm really tired and fall into bed without changing. When that's happened I wake up with red marks from the underwire.

nope, not comfortable for me, but I do sleep w/ a kinda-tight t-shirt on so they're not moving around all night.

Hell NO!!!!! I have lrg boobs also, but I can not WAIT to get the over the shoulder boulder holder off at the end of the day...FREEEEEEEEEEEEEDOM
