Does anybody wear their engagement ring on their right hand?

Does anybody wear their engagement ring on their right hand?

I've just started doing this, because my engagement ring rubs against my wedding band and is getting grooves scratched into it
So I switched it over to my right hand. It feels weird!

Sooooooo funny you say this; I posted this same thing a few months back. Plat against Plat does scratch and it drove me NUTS. I had my rings polished to remove the scratches and moved my ring over. Our jeweler says this is very common and the if I choose to put them back, it will happen again.

Well, I really did love how they look together. I chose a side (I can distinguish one side of the e-ring) and just put them back together last week. I want to enjoy the rings...not worry about them. Also, it was getting a little too tight for the right hand. I'm glad I'm not the only one!!!!! I know they will scratch, but no one will ever see it.

I did at first. That is the way I had it for the wedding & putting them together seemed weird since I have a thick band, but my boss ( a man) asked why I had it that way, so I started trying other ways & ended up with my e-ring first (inside) & my band outside & I grown accustomed to it. My band is white gold & my e-ring platinum.

I have some scratches on the e-ring, but not on my band. You can't really see the scratches when it is on though.

I'm thinking that maybe I'll wear the e-ring on the right hand for everyday wear, but for special occasions I'll move it over to the left for that bling factor (my wedding band is also a half eternity!)

DW does....they dont match so she figure she move e-ring to the other hand... i gave her the option of matching her band but she rather match me

I do in the wintertime. My e-ring is a tiny bit loose in the colder weather and the stone spins around a lot, which annoys me. I also sort of like how the e-ring looks by itself, but the band looks a little lonely by itself. My rings look good together, but are not matching - my band was my mom's.

same here. i guess because i never had the chance to wear them together, it doesnt feel weird now. but at FIRST, it was weird....because i always picture erings on the left.
