Does anyone work for post office

I took the 473-C exam today. I studied really hard for it, and I think I did well. I'm just trying to keep my options open. The pay at my job is great but working for the gov't would be better with the benefits and all. Just wondering if anyone took the test and what your score was and the process for hiring...thanx
