Every weekday I wake up at the same exact time. DH usually leaves for work around 6:20/6:25 and I wake up at 6:24. I get so annoyed because I still have another 20 minutes to sleep! I usually fall back asleep, but still. Why the disturbance?

Yes, and I hate it especially when it's so close to the time I have to wake up.

Exactly! You'd think your body would know that since it's still tired, it shouldn't wake up any earlier then it's supposed to!

I am trying to train myself not to pee at night. Because I was getting up like 5x a night.

My cat keeps waking me up too during the night or very early in the morning. During the night I woke up and was so happy to see it was about 1:30 so that I had the rest of the night.

my DH gets up around 6:30-ish and leaves for work at 7. I am an extremely light sleeper, but luckily I'm always able to fall right back asleep for another 2 hours. DH feeds the dog and all that, but that little guy just curls up with me on the bed and falls right back to sleep also. lol.
My schedule will be changing on Monday when I need to be at work by 9, so I don't know how i'll do with that. i'll probably be really annoyed to wake up around 7 and to try and fall back asleep, when it's only an hour till i gotta hit the shower But what are ya gonna do? It's better than being on DH's schedule. I HATE getting up early when I see people happy & asleep. lol.
