I have been emailing Sue & Nicole about setting up an appt to go over my album layout and nothing! Did anyone else have a problem making appts with photographers after their wedding also?

That is really strange. I haven't had a problem having them contact me BUT my album layout was supposed to be emailed by 12/30 and still no sign of it.

Christine, I am in the same boat... I am still waiting for my album layout and my video (I am sick of people asking us when will you have the video? )

sue always gets back to me - maybe they are having email issues? I always mnake sure to put my name and wedding date in the title - I'm sure they gets TONS of email.
I will say I was there 2 weeks ago and they were very busy. not an excuse, but every company is always a little short staffed around the holidays. I would give a call.

I finally got someone on the phone and made an appointment. I think they were avoiding me! I was a bit anal through my wedding planning process. They're probably like, 'I thought we got rid of this one'.
