I posted a while ago that I was unhappy with my album. I met with Eric this morning and they are completely redoing my album. They will send me a proof of the layout via email (which Eric said is standard procedure now) so I can approve. He even let me keep the old one.
Very happy I'll keep you all updated.
ETA: BTW, I didn't even have to complain or fight or anything. Basically, I walked in and sat down and he said We're redoing the entire thing.

I'm SO happy you were able to meet with Eric and they are redoing your album for you, that is wonderful news
We have been so lazy lately and we haven't even picked out our pics for the albums (ours nor our parents) yet. Didn't start our video stuff either. At the rate we're going , we'll be married one year b/f we get anything back!

THe photos were really blurry in one of the spreads and I had asked for all pics to be the same way (meaning full size horizontal pics should be across a page, I didn't want to have to turn the book). I also felt that on some pages there was a lot of white space, and that on those pages, the layout could have been better

That's great!! I was so worried when you posted that review about you album, but it's good to know they recogized the problem & are going to correct it.
