Duet video reediting

I got my video from Duet and I liked it but they left some things out that I feel are important. Did this happen to anyone? If so what was the process with theM?

I felt the exact same way. At first, I thought I was being too picky. I just finished typing up what footage I would like added. I am going there tomorrow. I emailed them about a week ago and they are willing to re edit as long as they have the footage.

My day was 12 hours long, yet my video was a little over an hour. There should be more in the edited version.

I went to duet today with my list of what i want included in the re edited video. Eric sat down with me and read over my list. they were very accomodating.

Thats good to hear. I am going over the songs I want for my video right now and wondered about what would happen if they left something out. Did you ladies go over anything before they edited other than just giving them the songs?

I just brought them the songs I wanted included in my DVD. I never was specific about what needed to be in the DVD. But when I finally saw it, there were some things missing.

Also, Eric told me that a DVD with the best resolution only holds one hour and 10 minutes. If you put more one one DVD, the picture quality goes down. so they will be doing two dvds for me.
