Anyone ever have their wedding DVD 'skip' Mine is and I am so disappointed...
What can I do?
I contacted the videographer but am waiting for a response...
we tried a different DVD and it still skips...
what else can I do

I saw you had Timeless Treasures - we used them too, and no problems. I am sure its just a gliitch and Ray will be more than accomodating. I am sure he will just burn you new ones. He can be hard to get a hold of - did you email him, thats the best way to get in touch.

My 1st unedited dvd skipped but they just gave me a new one but I used a different videographer. When I got my edited DVDs I had no problems.

I saw the video (one of the others) and it is beautiful! I am VERY happy with Ray's work, just disappointed one came 'skipping'
BUT, I did email him ono thurs or Fri I cant remember, and hopefully he will get back to me soon...I hope it is not a problem...It shouldnt be....

Mine skips too! This is the 2nd copy that I've gotten. I hope that the final one will be better quality and I won't have the same problem.

Ray emailed me back and he will be sending me a new DVD ....I am glad it was that easy! Ray is great!
