I am so pizzed, Had to post this! I bought 2 pairs of shoes from them. One pair of pumps, & a pair of ballet slippers (to be worn in case my feet hurt). Well, my feet were fine & I never ended up wearing them, so I tried to return them today. Keep in mind, that no where on the receipt is there a return/exchange policy, so I thought great I can return them. The guy must have remembered me, so when I told him that the shoes were never worn he looks at me and says well its longer than 5 days?? What?? He then proceeds to close a door behind him to reveal a sign that says no refunds/exchanges after 5 days! This door has been open EVERY time I've gone there! I never saw the sign. I specifically asked when I purchased them if they weren't worn if I could return them, & he said yes, but failed to mention this 5 day policy! Its not like I wanted my money back, I would have taken a store credit to buy a different pair of shoes, b/c I will NEVER wear them. He refused to give me a store credit & said I am not changing my policy for you! WHATEVER!! Sorry for the long rant, but I am so P'O'd! My family has been doing business w/. him for years!! Every wedding that we have or need dyeable shoes we go there! NEVER AGAIN!

Have you thought of selling them to an 08 bride, so you can get some of your money back.

That's a great idea! Hopeful! But not likely, they are a size 10, I have big feet! LOL I saw these same shoes on line for $25 - $30. He charged $50 for them!! LOL
Like I said before, I've gotten all my dyeable shoes from him, and I didn't mind paying a little extra b/c the store isn't too far from my house! He just lost me and my family as customers!

You should post on BHB or ebay, I am sure someone will buy them. Sorry that you had to deal with that!!
