I know a few people who have been married, over 5 years++, who only use their wedding band. Not the e-ring.
Also, my cousin who will be married for 10 years, never-ever takes her wedding band & e-ring off. I take both of mines off, immediately, when I get home.
What do you girls do? Also, I never were it to the gym

Me too. I keep them in a velvet lined jewelry box that someone gave me. I also have my every day plain band in there.
I'll wear my plain band if I go swimming or to run errands on the weekends.

The only time I have taken it off since I got it was yesterday when I went wakeboarding. Feels loose when wet, but otherwise - Ill never take it off.

I wear both rings all the time. Sleep, shower, etc... I have taken it off when I paint or do something i think might dirty it up..but very rarely.

i only take mine off to clean it. They don't bother me in bed or the shower. Personally, i feel safer with them on. I'm the type of gal who would leave them on the side of the sink and then lose them...

I don't wear my rings everyday to work because I am in the health field but I sometimes wear the band. I only wear the E-ring when I am not working and on the weekends when going out

I wear them both all the time even to bed. I take them off to put on lotion, clean, cook (sometimes), but that's it.

I wear my wedding band all the time except to do the dishes if I cant find my gloves- or any cleaning for that matter- but I hardly ever wear my e- ring- I only wear it if we are going out- but to do errands and such nope just wear my band.

I take my e-ring off when I shower because it gets caught in my hair. I also take it off to do gardening. But so far I have not taken off my wedding band.

Since mine is still somewhat new I take it off when I shower, sleep and go to the gym or when I am doing messy things, I hate when it gets dirty!!

I really am not good with jewelry and unless its on me I don't wear it - always forget to put it on.
