I don't think it's horrible, but amateur for sure. You pay for professional work and I would demand it!!

We also mad ALOT of changes to our album. Our album was over 40 pages and we made changes to about 20 of them. Also our album had about 130 pictures. 1st time we went to the office we were there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I asked her to repost the changes on line and she did. When I called to go back again it sounded like she was a little miffed that we wanted to come back. So after several discussions we went back again and made additional changes. Now we are very happy with album. You have the right to make as many changes as you want. YOU are the customer and YOU will be happy. Before you call write down the changes that you want. Then when you call let them know you want to come in and make changes to your album and don't let them talk you out of coming back in...
