When you received your gifts, did you take them out of the boxes and used them right away? Or do you still have them stored away and will open them up when you buy a new home or for any other reason?
Last night, I had to go dig deep in our storage closest looking for something for Dh and I started looking at all of our gifts. I forgot how many gifts we received! I was getting excited again!
We live in an apt. now and I just refuse to use our gifts yet until we move into our home (one day). I want new appliances for when we do get a new house. Plus, we just do not have the space in our apartment to store them other than the closest. I am just curious about everyone's situation.

since we arent buying for a while and all our stuff is in MD with us (Not buyin gfor a few reasons, but #1 is that we dont know how long we can commit to living here) we are using it all now, i just wanted to use it!!!!

Most of our gifts are out of the boxes but we have not had the chance to use them yet. Our place is small and it's a hassle to dig them out sometimes.
