Enlargement Poll

I think I might just get an 8x10 b/c I'm not sure w t f I'd do with a huge a$$ photo of myself. I feel weird hanging on the wall like a painting.

I really want to hang out wedding photos in our bedroom but I feel very conceited doing so

So im no help because I dont know what size to order either

I also feel - and this is really weird - that maybe I could do an 11x14 if it was a horizontal photo, but all of the ones that I like for enlargements are vertical. It feels so huge to me when its vertical.

i'm not sure what we are doing yet b/c we don't have a house and i don't want to start enlarging photos and buying frames until i know where i want to put the photo......its hard though b/c we don't really have any 'traditional' photos either.....but yeah, its kind of funny hanging one huge photo.....i actually saw this nice frame that had a whole bunch of 5x7 cut outs - kind of like a collage i guess - and i thought something like that would be nice to do in the office - with all of our favorite wedding photos....that way its not just 'us' there would be other people in it too

It's YOUR bedroom, why shoud you feel conceted putting a wedding pic in there?? Hell, I'd put mine in the living room for all to see and i dont particularly even like how I look in any of my pics lol

I'd say go one bigger than 8 x 10 at least.

I have to agree!! Its your wedding pics...hang them all over the damn house if you want to!!! I don't think its conceited at all!!

I thought you meant enlargement of something else...

I don't know, I know what you mean about a huge photo of yourself. I'm thinking either 8x10 or 11x14. It also depends on where you put it. If over the bed then it might have to be cow because it has to fill up space...if in the foyer then 11x14...if on a table then 8x10 will do...

We got the choice between 2 11x14's or 1 16x20. DH and I both agreed that 16x20 is just insanely large so we went w/ the 2 11x14s. We got one of just the 2 of us (that will probably hang in our bedroom) and one of the entire BP that we'll prob hang in our hallway upstairs.

My parents always had an 8x10 of each other over their bed... like over my mom's side is a pic of my dad on their wedding day, and over my dad's side is a pic of my mom on their wedding day. I always loved that idea, and I think I may do that, too.

we got our thank you pic blown up to an 11x14 and i got it framed, it's hanging in the dining room and it actually doesn't look all that huge.

I'm thinking about getting the one that I have in my profile here (the dip kiss one) as like an 8x10 for display on a table, but maybe one of the ones that has more scenery as a horizontal 11x14, and matting it and framing it. Maybe it will look more like a painting? I just don't want to look at my big head first thing every morning.

i really want to put some photos around the apartment but i feel like its a waste b/c by the time i get frames and put everything up it will *hopefully* be time to pack up our stuff and move! and in a house i might want different photos/frames etc.

i have tons of ideas of ways to use our pictures in our office/study - i can't wait!

I'd love a bunch, but I went to overboard on my album - it cost me an add'l $760 - that I don't know if I should get a bunch of enlargements.

yeah i can understand that.. you dont know what the walls/decor is going to look like

we moved into our house 6 days after coming home from our HM so we didnt have any pics back yet
