ETA .... I just had to share

Remember when I went to Mexico - Riviera Maya and I shared all the problems and mishaps we encountered

Well I wrote a letter to corporate - documenting every single issue and guess what....

I just herd back from them and..






















WE GOT A FREE VACATION

all that hard work payed off

I have no idea when we are going back , I am trying to figure that out I am hoping to do it before the year end .

What they excatly did for us is 4 days in the Royal Villa with Royal service , transfers back in fourth to airport, breakfast and lunch included. 2 beachside dinners. They also refuned us back two nights from the trip. I have not got the check yet but it is coming.


So bascaily we would be paying for airfare (but we also got a credit from our travel agent to apply twds that) drinks and dinner for 2 nights.


I didn't mess around with that letter I cc'ed
Amex
travel and leisure
EVERYONE in corporate of the Resort
and our travel agent -
Classic Vacations.
I am guessing this is why I got such a wonderful response.




ETA - I forgot the spa credit. We both get one spa credit per day as well
