Remember when I went to Mexico - Riviera Maya and I shared all the problems and mishaps we encountered

Well I wrote a letter to corporate - documenting every single issue and guess what....

I just herd back from them and..

WE GOT A FREE VACATION

all that hard work payed off

that's so awesome!!!! so many times we've had problems on trips and I was just too lazy to write letters, good for you that you got something out of it!! how long after the trip did you send the letter?

I sent the letter about 20 days later after my return. I would have acted sooner but it took soo much work getting it all together. Prof reading was a nightmare

20 days isn't long at all!! I was hoping you'd say like a year, then maybe I'd have the b*lls to send the airline a letter almost a year after the fact yea I'm slow
