I had read this yesterday and it makes me kinda ill. I mean if things don't work out between adults part ways and end it don't make it into a THAT IS MINE now give it back or give a body part a price because you gave it up out of love.

That is sick in my mind.

He's a dr. she should know its illegal to do what he's doing!!!! He's never going to get the $$$ or the kidney back.. Divorce and move on..

Some say she didnt cheat, some say she did. Who knows.

Really? if that is the case this guy has no grounds.

I agree with you girls... 'give me back what is mine' is very junior high (unless it's something major). He DONATED that kidney to here, there were no stipulations like, 'if we break up, i get my kidney back'.

Thats just crazy. He did something to save her life. So what now you want it back so the mother of your children get sick and possibly die?? Be a good father and cut the crap, the kids will be having a hard enough time dealling with the split an now that you made this public, why are you doing this to them? They are the ones being hurt here. Its embarrasing for them. Yes, its wrong if she cheated, but his requests are absurd.. I do not believe any judge will grant this. DIVORCE AND MOVE ON BUDDY!!

ITA! The article said his basis for the suit is because his ex wouldn't let him see the kids. How is airing your family's dirty laundry, embarrassing your children and making a request that is totally unethical going to strength his case that he should be able to spend MORE time with his kids.

I look at my aunt who loved her husband until he wanted to leave her then she ran around telling people he was a child molester (i slept over there and never had a issue with him) and flasher. She crapped on him so much (yes he was creepy) that now her own children hate her and will not talk to her. I can't even talk to her anymore because she just is still filled with hate for this man who 'she loved' and she has been remarried for 8 years now!

Some people just focus on hate and can't move on.

I think this is just a ploy to get the $1.5 million from his ex-wife. As a doctor I am sure he knows it is illegal to get his kidney back. I think he is saying give it back or give me $1.5 million, thinking he will get the millions.

Um...buddy stop displaying your family's dirty laundry all over the news. You have 3 young children who are probably going through enough right now with the split. Now you have to do this. They probably are like w t f is going on!!?!?!!!

Very well said...I totally agree! In one of the articles I read, they said right out, they have no expectation of actually trying to take the kidney back. I think he's just trying to hurt her and it's more about the money. I think it's kind of messed up that she cheated on hime either during or after he gave her his kidney. But, then again, no one really knows what went on behind closed doors, how he treated her. The whole thing is just sad...very sad for their children!
