Facebook Question

So the other day on FB, I saw one of my friends had added someone with the same name as me as a friend. Today another of my friends (who doesn't know my other friend at all) said that the same person tried to add him too, and the profile listed my bday in it too (but no pictures.)

Anyone know what this is? Should I be worried? Do you think it's like a virus or something?

I would report it to the facebook gods, it sounds like a scam or a case of identity theft. Ask your friend who befriended the person to report it and then get rid of that friend.

I checked an old Hotmail email account that I never use anymore and there was a 'Welcome to Facebook' email written in Spanish!

I changed my password on that email and was able to sign in to FB from that account - I asked for it to be deleted so hopefully that's the end of it.

So weird!

I actually have a friend from HS with the same name as you.....I never realized it until I saw you on FB cause you are FB friends with my DH
