so far, the planning is going really well for our october wedding. however, i cannot come up with a favor idea. i've looked at every website, i've searched on the BHB board for old posts, i've asked friends, i'm desperate! nothing too outrageously expensive, but something tasty, or useful, & hopefully somewhat unique. am i being too picky? i cannot come up with any ideas, please help...

we did tree seedlings. They were 10 inch colorodo spruce trees. They were cheap. Thought is was cute because hubby is a Landscaper. EVERYONE loved them, and tell me everytime it grows

we did mini-bottles of Baileys and Jagermeister in organza bags and tied on 5 jordan almonds w/a poem. It represented our Italian, Irish and German heritage.
The lace was made by Al's aunts in Italy, we brought back the confetti (almonds) from there as well.
(and it was edible/drinkable - my favorite for favors)
