Yes I dooooo..OMG I just made it 3 weeks ago and DH loved it.

This is the chili recipe that I used:

I modified and added the following ingredients to the chili recipe:
I sauted the chopped onion in extra virgin oil, and added minced garlic and seasoned with adobo and peper right before I put in the meat
I seasoned the meat with Adobo, black pepper, & paprika ( U can add what ever seasonings you like to add to your mexian-beef dishes)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 packet of Sazon (corriander & achiote)
1 packed of chili seasoning, and 1 packed of taco seasoning
3/4 jar of hot salsa, and 1/2 a jar of mild salsa
Couple of shots of tobasco sauce
Little less than half a bottle of corona

You can combine everything in the slow cooker and put it on low, 2-3 hours, or follow the recipe for the stove top instructions.

I served it with with a little bit of shredded cheddar and a dollop of sour cream and a side of cornbread using the following recipe which I followed exactly, but it made ALOT of batter, so you can probably half this recipe or make a loaf and some muffins or something.
