Finally resolved our Limo issues...

For those of you who remember the situation.....
we weren't happy with their service the day of our wedding, we sent them a letter letting them know, and they called us back.

We're going to get half of my dry cleaning bill - about $88. The check is in the mail....so we'll see how long that takes!

Congratulations! I'm still sorry to hear about the terrible service you received, but its always good to hear when some one has received resolution for a bad situation. Kind of like watching those 'Shame on Yous' on channel 2
