fmil gift for 60th b day

my dh has no idea as to what to get his mother for her b day. she lives in florida so i would have to send it. its a big b day her 60th so i want to so something special but i dont know anything about her really. i think i have met her10 times maybe including my shower and the wedding and rd. any ideas would be helpful
