Do they have a key to your home and do they come when you are not there?

We just hired a cleaning person to come every few weeks, but I don't feel comfortable having her there when I'm not there, and I definitely don't feel comfortable giving her a key. But, everyone I know just gives their cleaning person a key...

Yes she has a key. But only to the bottom lock to the back door. On the days she comes we keep the top lock open for her. Every other day we have double locks. We completely trust her and she's been very good to a lot of people we know but it's nice to know that she doesn't have complete access 24/7 either.
