I recently discovered that putting bacon on a chicken salad sandwich can do wonders.

When it gets warm as a treat, I like to have frozen lowfat yogurt and fruit salad for lunch. Not a huge portion, but enough to make a meal.

I've been brownbagging it a lot lately because I am so bored with what's around here.
Yesterday was cheddar cheese and spreadable alouette cheese with multi-grain crackers, a small gazpacho soup and then melon for dessert.

Today is PBJ on whole grain toast with melon and apricots for dessert.

Tomorrow will be egg or tuna salad on whole grain bread with safe tomato and lettuce , and fruit for dessert.

Mmmmm! As my DH would say 'Bacon makes everything better!!'

I'm no help, I bring either a Lean Cuisine or a Smart Ones everyday. I rarely go out to eat for lunch.

I never eat out for lunch, I can't rationalize how expensive it is.......nowadays, I bring a nice size fruit salad to work......watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes.....yummmmmmm
