okay so - i took out the little piece of pork tenderloin i had left, and a hunk of chicken : both from the freezer at like 4:00 to defrost for a late dinner..i was just gonna make a stirfry with it. We now have friends coming over & we're just gonna order a pizza(there's not enough to make it for all of us)....the only thing is, we're not gonna be home tomorrow - do u think the pork & chicken will be okay in the fridge untill monday for dinner??? tia

it should be okay. Just make sure you smell it before you cook it....... ANd I wouldn't let it go past monday.

thanks! and yea - i DEFINETLY know not to go past monday...i'll actually probably cook it earlier on in the day & then just heat it up for dinner

It should be fine for Monday. Keep it in the back of your fridge. Thats the coldest part of a refrigerator.
