Re: for those of you having a one year coming up
we still have ours in the freezer but we have no intentions of eating it! We're ordering a top layer just like our wedding cake. We will eat our fresh cake while looking at our frozen cake!

Re: for those of you having a one year coming up
HELL yes!ETA: Maybe I'll poke around at it first to see what it looks like. If it's no good, we'll order one from Dortoni's. Because I REALLY want that cake.

We ate ours the next day. After our one year anniversary, my SIL asked me if we ate our one year old cake and I was like 'Umm we ate it the day after the wedding' lol.

Re: for those of you having a one year coming up
We got married 1/2/10, and ate our cake Valentine's Day of that year. We knew we were moving long distance in the summer, and our cake had no chance of lasting the move!

Re: for those of you having a one year coming up
doubtful. i don't think they packed it up properly and i never botered to look. i think it's literally just sitting in the cardboard box, in the freezer, and it's probably covered in freezerstank.ugh.

Re: for those of you having a one year coming up
Ours has been taking up half of our freezer space, so we are doing to attempt to eat it. Our baker told us that most customers say the cake & filling taste good after a year. Fondant usually doesn't taste so good but helps keep the cake a little fresher.Welcome New Vendors
