I'm so excited!! The Free B-Pics shoot I won at the Newlywed luncheon is today. Can't wait to do it, get my proofs and show you girls!

And don't mention anything on Facebook. I'm planning on surprising DH with this for his birthday in October.

We went to the Sheraton in Tarrytown (in Westchester). I live in Bergen County NJ and Jennifer lives in Yonkers, so it was a good half way point for us. Plus I looked at the hotel rooms when I was looking for a hotel block for us for the wedding (we got married in Tarrytown) so I knew what they looked like ahead of time. Very 50s, DH is really in to that.

Thanks! I got the idea from Allegra's shoot. I loooooved hers and that was the only thing 'must take' for mine. That's one of my favorites. Although Jennifer said there are so many good ones. I can't wait to see the rest!

BTW, I MAY KILL MY DAD!!!

I told my mom because my dad had this thing last night and I needed to tell her we wouldn't be there and there was too much planning going in to change the date. So obviously she told my dad. But then he was just talking to DH on the phone and he was asking what we did last night and DH goes, 'it was just a night to reconnect and be together and enjoy being with each other.' And my dad goes, 'oh yeah, that's that thing she won.' And now DH is asking questions. F. F. F.

I know, right? I think he doesn't understand exactly what they are...although apparently DH still doesn't know which I think is hilarious since I feel like if he just paid attention he would have figured it out. I dunno, maybe because I'm so nosy I always figure everything out... I guess that's the difference between guys and girls.
