Frozen Meals

Does anyone know where they are on sale this week?

(yes, I know they're super cheat at Target all the time)

Have you tried Stop & Shop, Pathmark and Walmart? They normally have them on sale.

WW smart ones were on sale yesterday at stop and shop - 6 for $10. I think their sales start on thursdays though ... so not sure if you will still get that deal today.

Stop n shop usually has Lean Cuisine and Smart ones on sale like every week

Damn thats right, the supermarket week changes on a Thursday. Why can't it change on a sunday like normal stores?

Well, I'm unshowered and in my bathrobe. I have one for tonight, so I really need to get them tomorrow. I'm going to try it for 2 weeks and see if that helps. Most of the ones I looked at have about 500-600 mg of sodium. A low sodium diet should be no more than 1500, so I think this is doable if I dont eat processed foods for breakfast/lunch. Or at least super processed.

Its a bit too late but this week Stopnshop had ww on sale 6 for 10. This week they have lean cuisines on sale 4 for 10. Target is generally cheaper with these meals than the food stores.

I am not sure what you are looking for but they had LOADS of Steamfresh veggies on sale at Waldbaums. I also saw the Steamfresh meals on sale too. Those are the ones with chicken and beef in them. I never tried the actual meals but they look good.
