FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im having the worst experience ever with Bob's Furniture!!!!!!! We ordered a couch last week.. they said delivery would be today. their systems were down when we ordered them so they had to handwrite our invoice to us.. come to find out that they wrote the wrong scu number down and instead of delivering our couch.. they were delivering a fricken bedroom set!!!!!!!!!! Now it looks like we wont get our couch until possibly the end of the weekend.. Its their fricken mistake!!!! im having company over on friday and now have no sofa!!

uch, that stinks .... can you speak to anyone to get the sofa rushed somehow?

if not, can you reschedule with your guests to come later?
