I can't stress how great it was to watch our raw wedding video tonight. Some places automatically add it into your package, or others charge a nominal fee. I can't even explain all the things that happened that I know will be taken out of the edited version, only because they were comments made here and there or small incidents that we found priceless. IMO, get it!!!!!

Mine came with my video, but I haven't watched it yet because we need a certain player for it. I think it is the small video that comes from the actual camera. After reading how great yours are, I'm even more excited to watch mine now!

Im going to agree also. There are moments on the raw video that are classic but that nobody would want to see in our final product. We are even thinking about having a section of 'outtakes!'

Outtakes are the best! We have a section on our video with them and they are soo funny. Definitly get that if you can.

How long was your raw footage?
2 and a half hours - way longer than any person should be subject to watch. You'll see that yourll watch the whole thing maybe twice and then skip over everything else.
You'll probably want: -Some getting ready stuff -Most of your ceremony (ours was only a half hour) -some cocktail hour -intros into reception -first dance -dances with parents -cake cutting -Bo-K and garter tosses -Speeches
Ill be honest with you, there is only so much of people dancing that you can watch before you scan right through it. It all looks alike after a while. We will work on that this week. The 4 hour album session was enough for a while!

Yea, ours was a little under 3 hours, but our mass was about 45 min

We got our raw footage plus the edited video, but I agree that everyone should get it.
